1. How You Can Use Our Products

Our digital products are designed to be used and loved by you, the original purchaser. When you purchase a template from Coastal Template Co., you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license that allows you to use the product for your own business or personal projects—as many times as you’d like!

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any Coastal Template Co. product.
• Claim our designs or templates as your own.
• Use our products to create new designs intended for resale.

If you have any questions about how you can use our products—or if you’d like to explore licensing options for multiple users—please don’t hesitate to reach out.

2. Placeholder Images in Templates

Some of our templates feature beautiful placeholder images to help bring the design to life. These images are for demonstration purposes only and are not included with your purchase. To make your template truly yours, you’ll need to replace these images with your own licensed or original photography.

3. Our Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and available for immediate download, all sales are final, and we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and if you have any questions, we’re always here to help.

That said, we want you to feel confident and supported in your purchase! If you experience any technical issues or need guidance using your template, please reach out—we’re happy to assist however we can.

4. Protecting Our Work

Every Coastal Template Co. design is created with care, and we appreciate your respect for our work. All of our templates, products, and designs are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws, which means:

• Your purchase gives you the right to use the product, but Coastal Template Co. retains ownership of the design.
• You cannot copy, modify, or distribute our products beyond your own personal or business use.

Unauthorized use of our products isn’t just against these terms—it also takes away from the creativity and care that goes into each design. We truly appreciate your support and integrity in honoring our work.

5. Product Compatibility and Support

Our templates are designed to work seamlessly within their intended platforms (Showit, Canva, Flodesk, etc.), and we do our best to ensure everything functions beautifully. However, we can’t guarantee compatibility with every update or version of these platforms.

If you ever run into a technical issue or have questions about getting started, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We want to ensure you get the most out of your template!

6. Your Responsibility as a Customer

When making a purchase, please ensure that your email address is entered correctly so you can receive your download link and any important updates. We’d hate for you to miss out due to a simple typo!

7. If These Terms Aren’t Followed

We trust our customers to use our designs ethically, but if a product is shared, resold, or misused in a way that violates these terms, we reserve the right to revoke access without a refund. We hope this never happens, but we take the protection of our designs seriously.
